TERMS OF DELIVERY
Valid as from 1 May 2018.
Seinäjoen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (2539767-3) sells products through its online web store. We sell products and services to private persons of age. The VAT liability of the products is stated product-specifically at the online web store. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and postage.
The products are ordered online at shop.seamk.fi, through a shopping cart.
All the orders are acknowledged in an email specifying the products ordered, the price for the order, and the possible delivery costs. To receive an acknowledgement of order, the customer needs to mention their email address when placing their order.
For every order, the customer accepts the valid terms of delivery.
Acknowledgement of order and payment
We will send you by email an acknowledgement of order itemizing:
- the product(s) ordered
- the total amount of the invoice
- the taxes
Apart from the acknowledgement of order, you will receive an acknowledgement of payment from Paytrail Plc, including the total amount of the invoice, payment identifier, and the date. Please contact Paytrail (+358 20 718 1830 / firstname.lastname@example.org) in case you have questions about the payment transaction.
Methods of payment
The products and possible postage are paid for when placing the order. At the online web store, you can use the following methods of payment: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Paytrail account. Payment is made through the website of Paytrail Plc.
Provider of the payment service
The payment transfer service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payee in your statement of account or bank card invoice and transfers the payment to the seller. Paytrail Plc has an authorization granted by the authorities to operate as a payment institution. In case of complaint, please contact in the first place the supplier of the product.

Modes and time of delivery
Seinäjoen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy does not charge any delivery costs for services or collected products.
The ordered product is delivered to the point of delivery chosen by you (at the moment, the only mode of delivery in use is collection). The delivery costs depend on the total size of the order; collection is free of charge. The delivery costs and options are presented on the Shopping Cart and Payment page.
Ordered products can be collected from the caretaker of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (Kampusranta 11, Frami F, entrance hall) on the next weekday after the order, if the product is in stock. Collection within 30 days. If the product is not collected within 30 days from order date, the sum paid is returned, office charges (10 €, or, in case of orders of under 10 €, the price of the product) deducted.
The supplier strives to implement training courses as agreed – should there be changes in the timetables, the supplier will inform the ordering party without delay. The supplier is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or consequential damage caused by delayed delivery.
When paying for staff parking through the online web store, parking is available to old customers right after payment. New customers can pick up a parking card/permit from the janitors on the next weekday after the order.
Gift vouchers are delivered by email within 7 days from order date.
Terms and conditions of exchange, return and cancellation
The ordering party has a 14-day right of exchange and return, as stipulated by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The exchange and return right only concerns unused and saleable products. The return of an order must be notified in writing, e.g., by sending an email to email@example.com.

- order number
- date of order / receipt
- your name
- your address
- your phone number
An unused product can be returned by bringing it to the Marketing Team of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, the second floor of Frami F, or by post to the following address:

The returner is in charge of the postage of products returned by post.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of delivery. When your return has been accepted, we will contact you by email and request your account number for the reimbursement of the payment.
The terms and conditions of cancellation of services has been specified in the product data. If registration for a training course is cancelled before the termination of the registration period, the payment is reimbursed. If cancellation is done after that, please consult the product data for the conditions and chargeable expenses. Cancellation must be done in writing to the contact person of the training course.
